SERVICE DESIGN A TOOL FOR BETTER SERVICES
27 August 2009 11:00 - 15:45 Strategic Service Design Developed by the Danish Enterprise and Construction Authority, the seminar “Service Design a Tool for Better Services” will bring together major figures from the design world including Bill Moggridge, Co-Founder of IDEO and board member of CIID; Marianne Guldbrandsen, Chief Design Officer at British Design Council; and Michael Keissner, Managing Partner at Hatch & Bloom.
The seminar will emphasize the benefits of implementing service design in the public and private sectors to create increased value for the users. Further you will be presented with some concrete examples on how service design can produce innovation and change in the public sector both presented by Danish design-led companies such as Designit, Hatch & Bloom A/S, Workz A/S, and Smedegaard & Weis and presented by the participants from the public sector.
